About Me

Who I Am

Hi! I’m the Farm House Fit Chick. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Georgia State and Multiple Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.   My love for fitness and nutrition began after my twins started school.

The farm is my happy place I share with my family, Chickens, Ducks, Cows and Barn Kitty.  They all bring so much happy to a girls heart!

The highlight of each Spring and Summer are gardens full of flowers, fruits, and
vegetables. These months are busy with planting, growing, and harvesting yummy fresh foods. Our warm sunny months also include hatching baby ducklings that bring so much happiness to farm life. Who doesn’t love baby farm animals?!

My passion is health, fitness, and nutrition.  I love My Faith, My Family, Friends and am thankful for every little blessing.

HOW I BECAME A HEALTH COACH

I was lucky enough to grow my training experience with multiple Fitness Together Franchises, from the time the twins were little until 2014. Those friendships and experiences I will forever cherish. I learned so much about fitness during that time of my life, and began seeing the results of personal training in the body composition of my clients.  This success fueled my motivation.

I spent several years managing Max Muscle Cobb and Max Muscle Buckhead (Atlanta) franchises, fueling my passion for helping others through proper nutrition and supplements. Nutrition plays a HUGE role in our overall health and wellbeing.  Max Muscle knew this,  which is one of the reasons I LOVED working with their team.

After losing both parents to cancer, I have become a huge advocate of informed self health care and of taking preventative steps to better health via exercise, a well balanced diet, and using natural solutions. This is why I became a wellness advocate for dōTERRA Essential Oils. There is so much goodness in providing the body with natural solutions.

They say if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life, and I can honestly attest to that fact. Changing lives every day!
